 Blush and Blaze – Terms & Conditions

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any transaction made via our website will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Contract

A contract between you and Blush and Blaze for the sale of our products will only exist once we have accepted and dispatched your order. Once dispatched, a legally binding contract is in place. Only individuals aged 18 or over may enter into this contract.
We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice or explanation. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order on our website, you agree to purchase a product under these terms:

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  • Payment must be made in full before your order is processed.
  • Once payment is received, we will confirm your order via email to the address provided at checkout.
  • Acceptance of your order occurs when the products are dispatched, unless we notify you otherwise or you cancel prior to dispatch.

Online Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@blushandblaze.com.

  • Orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, please return it for a refund once received.

Returns

Items purchased from Blush and Blaze may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • You notify us of the return request by email within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note: return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Late or Lost Deliveries

We are unable to refund or replace lost items until 20 working days have passed from dispatch (30 days for international orders) in line with Royal Mail’s guidelines.
We recommend delivery to home addresses only, as items delivered to workplaces may be misplaced if signed for by colleagues or left unattended.

Liability

If the goods you receive are damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must notify us by email within 7 working days of delivery.
If your order is not received within 7 working days of the expected delivery date, please contact us within 14 days of placing the order.

If a problem is reported within these timeframes, we will offer a replacement, refund, or re-delivery as appropriate.
We are not responsible for delays once items are in the possession of Royal Mail or the courier.

Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Blush and Blaze accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of our website or any content contained therein.

Returns
